Western Springs Police Reports: Identity Theft, No License, Arrest Warrant

The information in the following reports is courtesy of the Western Springs Police Department.

Someone obtained and fraudulently used a victim’s personal credit card information to make retail purchases in Waco, Texas, totaling $835 on Oct. 3.

Miguel Soto-Behena, 37 of the 100 block of South Lincoln Avenue in Addison, was stopped at 1:39 a.m. Oct. 13 for operating a vehicle with no functioning rear registration plate lights. He was stopped at 55th Street and Willow Springs Road. A records check confirmed defendant was driving without a valid license.

Noah W. Hansen, 21 of the 100 block of North Governor, Sycamore, was arrested Oct. 16 at the Western Springs Police Department for having an outstanding traffic arrest warrant.
