Halloween 2013 Trick-or-Treating Hours for Lake Forest, Lake Bluff
Lake Forest and Lake Bluff children can collect Halloween treats during designated hours on Oct. 31.
The City of Lake Forest has designated 4-8 p.m. as the official trick-or-treating hours on Oct. 31.
Children should use sidewalks and be accompanied by a parent, caregiver or sibling, according to the city's website.
Lake Bluff residents will have one less hour to collect their candy. The village has designated 4-7 p.m. for trick-or-treating.
