Relay for Life Kick-Off Event Saturday
This year's American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Lake Forest/Lake Bluff will be held June 21 on the campus of Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital.

If you want to learn more about the Relay for Life of Lake Forest and Lake Bluff, stop by Saturday's kick-off event from 8-11 a.m. at Caribou Coffee at 620 N. Western Ave.
Dress in Relay purple and join organizers for a morning walk at 9 a.m.
The kick-off event will offer information about the American Cancer Society’s mission of saving lives faster by helping people stay well, helping people get well, finding cures and fighting back.

Relay For Life is an overnight event where teams of local businesses, schools, churches, community groups and families build awareness and raise funds prior to and at the event, to fight cancer.
This year’s event will be held June 21 on the campus of Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital. Along with walkers, volunteers are needed to organize and recruit teams, secure community support, coordinate logistics, obtain refreshments and prizes, assist with publicity and plan entertainment activities for this exciting and energizing event.
