Show Your iPad Who's Boss

Confounded by your new iPad? Learn how to use it at this introductory training session.

If you're still tinkering with that new iPad you just bought (or got for Christmas), here's an opportunity to learn how to use it.

Register for the Gorton Community Center's iPad Fundamentals Introductory Class with instructor Lori Tisinai from 1-3:30 p.m. Thursday, April 11. Cost is $65. Class size is limited to 16.

This introductory class offers both new users and experienced users a chance to better understand the basic functionality of the iPad. Topics will include:

  • Working with Notes
  • Surfing the Internet
  • Shopping at the App Store

Students need to bring their own device—it is suggested that you are using the most current OS 5.1.1. Please know your iTunes username and password before coming to class. iPad 1, 2 and 3 users are welcome.
