Where To See Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour Movie In Lake Forest Area

The concert movie has already grossed $100 million in advance ticket sales.

LAKE FOREST, IL — Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour movie opens in theaters Friday, and you can see it in a couple locations around Lake Forest and Lake Bluff.

The movie has already grossed $100 million in advance ticket sales, according to AMC Theaters, which is distributing the film to more than 8,500 theaters in 100 countries. Showings are also planned at Regal and Cinemark cinemas.

AMC Hawthorn 12, 675 Hawthorn Center in Vernon Hills, is showing "Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour" in both Dolby Cinema and Laser at AMC, while AMC Dine-In Northbrook, 1525 Lake Cook Road in Northbrook, is offering screenings with food deliveries to seats, as well as a screening with on-screen subtitles.

Other north suburban screenings of the new concert film include AMC Evanston 12, at 1715 Maple Ave. in Evanston, AMC Village Crossing 18, 7000 Carpenter Road in Skokie and CMX Old Orchard Luxury, 4999 Old Orchard Shopping Center in Skokie, and Landmark at The Glen, 1850 Tower Drive in Glenview.

Swifties across the country are expected to dress the part, just as they did for the Barbie movie last summer, according to a CNN report that outlines proper concert film etiquette.
