Battery, DUI, Criminal Trespass: Police Blotter
These incidents were among the official reports of the Lake Zurich Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that decision.

Battery
Robert L. Tolliver, 18, 151 North Laramie, Chicago, was arrested for battery at 201 South Buesching Road, Lake Zurich, after a dispute in the hallway, March 14. Tolliver was charged with battery. He was also arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant issued by Cook County. Tolliver was transported to the Lake County Jail to await a bond hearing.
Criminal Trespass

Jovan R. Stubbs, 32, 6559 Wolcott, Chicago, was arrested for criminal trespass to property at 201 South Buesching Road, March 14. Stubbs was previously served with a trespass notice. Stubbs was charged with criminal trespass to property. He was also served a failure-to-appear warrant issued by Lake County. Stubbs was transported to the Lake County Jail to await a bond hearing.
Theft (Retail)

Nicole Keisler, 36, 201 South Buesching Road #217, Lake Zurich, was arrested after she took merchandise from Wal-Mart without paying for it, March 13. Keisler was charged with misdemeanor theft and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending an appearance the Lake County Courthouse.
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Daniel R. Schillaci, 22, 2606 Elm Oak Lane, McHenry, was arrested for driving while license suspended, unlawful possession of hypodermic needles and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia pursuant to a traffic stop on Ela Road at Route 12, March 12. Schillaci was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Lake County Courthouse appearance on April 19.
Trevor H. Whatmore, 22 , 601 Woodward Avenue, Geneva, was arrested for driving while license suspended, unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia pursuant to a traffic stop in the 600 block of Ela Road, March 12. Whatmore was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond pending a Lake County Courthouse appearance on April 16.
Traffic Arrest (DUI)
Mekia S. Perrin, 36, 710 Dobson Street, Evanston, IL was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at Wynstone, March 13. Perrin was charged with improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol. Perrin was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of April 8.
