Car Crash in Lake Zurich Sends Three to Hospital

A two car collision on Route 22 and Telser Road sent three people to the hospital this morning, according to Lake Zurich police.

The crash was reported at 11:32 a.m. Wednesday morning, said Cmdr. David Bradstreet. Personnel from both the Lake Zurich Fire Department and the Lake Zurich Police Department responded to the scene. 

The incident caused the roads to be closed for about 15 minutes in that area while the cars were removed.

"Three people were transported to Good Shepherd Hospital for injuries that were relatively minor and not life threatening," Bradstreet said. "The cause of the accident is still under investigation."
