Recreational Indoor League
For Ages 4—18
Volunteer coaches. Our professional coaching staff on site. No practices. 2x20 min halves. Week 1 players meet the coach and practice.

Field of Play
· U4-U5—4v4 on Blue field
· U6—5v5 on Blue field
· 1st-2nd Grade-5v5 on half field
· 3rd Grade—8v8 on full field
· 4th-8th Grade—7v7 on full field
· High School—7v7 on full field
Uniform and Equipment
1st-8th Grade—Ela Soccer Rec Uniform Kit (same as worn during outdoor season). New players are required to purchase the kit ($65)
U4-U6—T-shirt provided. Navy uniform shorts and socks must be purchased ($27) (Same as worn during outdoor season).
High School—T-shirt provided. Navy uniform shorts and socks must be purchased ($27) (Same as worn during outdoor season).
All players must wear shinguards & flat surface soccer shoes or gym shoes (NO CLEATS)
Total Skills Academy
For recreational players. Sharpen your skills in a challenging but fun environment with our experienced coaching staff!
Time Slots: (Each class is 55 minutes)
U4-6 5:00pm
1st-8th Grade 5:00pm or 6:00pm or 7:00pm
(*The time slot choices cannot be guaranteed and will depend on program registration.)
Winter 1 (6 weeks)
Wednesdays: November 13-December 18
Winter 2 (10 Weeks)
Wednesdays: January 8-March 11
Junior Academy
Classes are designed for beginner to advanced Junior players. Focus is placed on development of basic motor skills and basic soccer skills through creative fun games. 1v1 and small sided games will be played to help players apply the skills learned and to develop team play.

Equipment: T-Shirts are provided. Players are to wear shinguards. Gym shoes or flat surface indoor soccer shoes ONLY—no cleats or turf shoes.
