Lake Zurich football players disciplined for unspecified 'egregious' activity
Coaches placed on leave, and players required to attend hazing prevention workshop.

While specifics have not been publicly revealed, Lake Zurich School District 95 officials have moved swiftly in response an "inappropriate activity" by the high school football team, according to the Daily Herald.
The school district sent a letter to the members of the football team and their parents. The letter indicated that the unauthorized activity occurred in a locker room on Thursday night. Players and their parents to sign the letter, which prohibited unauthorized team meetings and mandated workshops and online training to prevent hazing.
Head coach David Proffitt, and assistant coach Chad Beaver were placed on administrative leave before last Saturday's game.
