Man, 24, Killed In Lake Zurich Crash
The collision happened early Sunday in the area of Pheasant Ridge Drive and Red Bridge Road.
LAKE ZURICH, IL — A 24-year-old Lake Zurich man was killed in a single-vehicle crash early Sunday, authorities said.
The collision happened in the area of Pheasant Ridge Drive and Red Bridge Road in Lake Zurich at about 2:07 a.m. when a 2021 BMW headed east on Pheasant Ridge Drive lost control and hit a tree, according to a news release from the Lake Zurich Police Department.
The driver of the car, Kevin Rediger, 24 of Lake Zurich, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A passenger in the car was taken to Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
The cause of the crash remains undef investigation.
