Police Blotter: Driving Without a License, Cannabis Possession

Traffic Arrest (No Valid)                         

Yolanda Morales, 27, 675 East Liberty Wauconda,  was arrested for driving with no valid driver’s license pursuant to a traffic stop on Ensell Road at Telser Road, Jan. 7  Morales was charged with disobeying a traffic control device and driving without a valid driver’s license.  Morales was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of Feb. 1.

Traffic Arrest (Suspended License)                     

On Jan. 5, Arbes J. Mackey, 43, 44 North Park Avenue #3 Lombard,  was arrested for DWLS pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at Quentin Road.  Mackey was charged with operating a vehicle without a safety sticker and driving with a suspended driver’s license.  Mackey was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of Feb. 1. 

On Jan. 8, at 4:19 p.m., Desire T. Osborne, 34, 188 South Franzen Street, Bensenville, was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at Route 22.  Osborne was charged with failing to signal when required, failing to wear a safety belt and driving with a suspended driver’s license.  Osborne was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of Feb. 1. 

On Jan. 8, at Ivan Negron, 23, 2800 Apache Road, Waukegan, was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Main Street.  Negron was charged with failing to properly secure a child, speeding and driving with a suspended driver’s license.  Negron was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond with a Mundelein court date of March 3.

On Jan. 4, Hilda Hernandez, 22, who resides at 1154 E. Route 22 in Lake Zurich,  was arrested for driving while driver’s license is suspended on Route 22 at Ela Road.   Hernandez was charged with Driving While Driver’s License is Suspended.  Hernandez was issued a Mundelein court date of Feb. 1 and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond. 

Traffic Arrest (Revoked License)             

Jorge Orozco, 45, 287 Renee Terrace, Wheeling,  was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop on Route 12 at Route 22, at 4:44, Jan. 8.  Orozco was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle and driving with a revoked driver’s license.  Orozco was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond with a Waukegan court date of Feb. 4. 

Possession of Cannabis

 Paul S. Blasé, 20, who resides at 51 Lynn Drive in Hawthorn Woods,  was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis in the 200 block of Linden Road at 8:52 p.m., Jan. 4  Blase was charged with Disorderly Conduct.  Blase was issued a Mundelein court date of Feb. 1 and released on a $120 personal recognizance bond.
