Next Mex Closing Nov. 22 After 15 Years

LEMONT, IL — After 15 years in business, Next Mex in downtown Lemont is closing its doors on Nov. 22, the business shared on its Facebook page.
"Next Mex will be closing its doors on November 22, and while it’s the end of an incredible era, we’re endlessly grateful to everyone who’s been part of this journey," the business said.
Next Mex shared that the property has been sold to an operator with their own concept and vision for the space.

"This was not an easy choice, but we are confident that it's the right step for the future," the business said. "We're excited to see how the next chapter unfolds for 319 Front Street and know that the new owners will continue to serve you with the same care and dedication that have defined us for the past 15 years."
The business' last day will be Nov. 22, and it plans "to go out in style." Next Mex said there will be more details coming on live music, guest bartenders and discounts.
