Obituary: Michael Romanini

LEMONT, IL — Michael Romanini, aka “Tybzi,” age 28, of Lemont, passed away Aug. 30, 2023, with his family at his side.

Cherished son of Benny (Beverly) Romanini; beloved brother of Luke (Cara) Romanini; fond uncle of Logan and Mason; adored nephew of Gerald (Annie) Palzer and Paul (Angie) Skiba; dearest great-nephew of John (Corey) Paoletti; and proud grandson of “Nonna” Giuliana Romanini.

During Michael’s teenage years, he started out as a “YouTuber.” As his knowledge and skills advanced, he became a video editor. This was his true passion. He was loved by many friends from all around the world, his peers and loyal followers. He was a diehard White Sox fan, loved Harry Potter and Legos. His presence would nearly always bring a smile and laughter to all. He’s now up in heaven getting belly rubs from his favorite cat “Oreo.”

Visitation is Sept. 5 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Markiewicz Funeral Home, P.C. 108 Illinois St. Lemont. Prayer service at 10:30 a.m. then driving in procession to St. Alphonsus Church for Mass at 11 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
