1 Person Dead In 3-Vehicle Collision In Libertyville

LIBERTYVILLE, IL — One person is dead following a three-vehicle collision in Libertyville Friday morning.
The collision happened on West Winchester Road and North Butterfield Road at about 11:50 a.m. Friday, according to a news release from the Libertyville Police Department.
Authorities say a sports utility vehicle, van and box truck were involved in the collision, and the driver of the van was taken to Advocate Condell Medical Center with life-threatening injuries and later pronounced dead.
