People Architectural Group's 1st Annual 2025 Let It Bloom Premiere HR Workforce Conference held this spring at Bernie's Book Bank generated much excitement! This innovative conference was the first of its kind in Lake County, bringing together some 25+ leading experts and 75+ attendees for a full day of powerful knowledge, training and inspiration, vital to staying ahead in the HR field. Attendees discovered new and important strategies to flourish, blossom, thrive, and BLOOM into their full potential. The conference kicked off with breakfast, coffee and conversation. Among topics discussed included leadership, employment laws, benefits, culture, financial, resources -- key information for HR professionals, business owners, managers.
