Betty Jane Pollari Lived in Libertyville for 50 Years

Betty Jane Pollari, 88, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.

She was born Aug. 20, 1925 in Ironwood, MI and had been a Libertyville resident for the past 50 years. Betty was a former member of the United Methodist Church in Libertyville.

Surviving are her husband of 67 years, Howard Pollari; two daughters, Sandra Bean of Libertyville and Kathy (Jerry) Kachenko of Tucson, AZ; three grandchildren, Andy (Shannon) Bean, Chris Bean and Tyler Reynolds; four great grandchildren, Austin, Ashlyn, McKinlee , Tucker and her brother Robert (Lois) Symons. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rebecca Reynolds in 2005.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013 at Burnett-Dane Funeral Home, 120 W. Park Ave. (Rt. 176, one block west of Milwaukee Avenue) Libertyville. A graveside service for her family will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Lakeside Cemetery.
