Domestic Battery, DUI Among Lake County Crime Reports: Sheriff
The Lake County Sheriff's Office reports arrests across the area that took place during the week of Oct. 13, 2019.
LAKE COUNTY, IL — Reported by the Lake County Sheriff's Office:
Tuesday, Oct. 15
Unlawful possession of a controlled subtance:
Jose A. Hernandez, 23, of Waukegan, was arrested Tuesday, Oct. 15 on Route 21 and Church Street in Libertyville on an arrest warrant for accusations of unlawful possession of a controlled substance with an intent to deliver. Bond for Hernandez was set at $5,000, and his court date is reported by the sheriff's office as scheduled for Nov. 22.

Wednesday, Oct. 16
Domestic battery
Esteban DeMatias-Briseno,21, of Mundelein, was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 16 in the 200 block of N. Lake Street, Mundelein, on an arrest warrant for accusations of domestic battery. Bond for DeMatias-Briseno was set at $5,000, and his court date is reported by the sheriff's office as scheduled for Oct. 24.

Friday, Oct. 18
Driving under the influence — alcohol
Christina A. Gil, 35, of Round Lake Beach, was arrested Friday, Oct. 18 on Route 59 and Waverly Road, Barrington, accused of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol. Gil's bond was set at $3,000 (recognizance), and her court date is reported by the sheriff's office as scheduled for Nov. 20.
Saturday, Oct. 19
Driving under the influence — alcohol
Christine T. Trias, 27, of ArlingtonHeights, was arrested Saturday, Oct. 19 on Route 12 and Ivanhoe Road, Wauconda, accused of driving under the influece (DUI) of alcohol. Trias bond was set at $3,000 (recognizance), and her court date is reported by the sheriff's office as scheduled for Nov. 20.
