Fire Damages Garage Of Libertyville Home

LIBERTYVILLE, IL — No one was injured when a blaze broke out at a home in the 1300 block of Virginia Avenue in Libertyville Sunday morning.

The Libertyville Fire Protection District was called to the blaze in the 1300 block of Virginia Avenue at about 7 a.m., according to a news release from the fire protection district. Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze by 7:14 a.m.

Damage was isolated to the garage of the home, fire officials said. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
