Happy Hour and Tuscan Toasts at Bagels By The Book

Bagels By The Book, a stylish sibling-owned handmade bagel shop in Libertyville, has added Happy Hour and new Tuscan Toasts to their menu offerings.

The daily Happy Hour dining deal features half-price bagels at the counter from 1-2 p.m. The current selections, detailed below, include individual options, half dozen and baker's dozen offerings ranging from $1.30 to $12.

With that, Bagels By The Book has added Tuscan Toasts to the menu. The three new selections include: Avocado Toast (avocado, arugula and everything bagel seasoning $6); Green Goddess Toast (pesto cream cheese, avocado, arugula, cucumber, salt and pepper $7); and Smoked Salmon Toast (avocado, arugula, smoked salmon and cucumber $11).

Bagels By The Book features daily baked bagels, made-to-order breakfast and lunch sandwiches, muffins, bowls, lox, biscuits, sides and sweets paired with Big Shoulders coffee, Buddha organic teas, juices and more. The complete menu may be viewed here.

The restaurant's hours are: Monday-Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday, 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dine-in, carry out, online ordering and catering are available.
