Locals are Lunching at Sunset Foods

Libertyville locals are lunching at a place that may surprise you—Sunset Foods at 1451 Peterson Road.

From 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. weekdays, the "Liberyville Grill" is the place to grab fresh, homemade wraps, paninis, burgers, salads and more, according to a feature in the Lake County News-Sun. Customers and offices can even call ahead with their order. They also have dine-in tables.

"People like it because everything’s made fresh. There’s nothing made ahead of time. And it’s such a good deal because you get a sandwich and a side," grill operator Sallie Pugliese told the News-Sun.

The grill is planning an expansion in a few months along with outdoor seating and a new menu.
