Man, 54, Hit By Car, Killed In Lake County Collision: Coroner
On Wednesday, the Lake County Coroner's Office identified the man as Jerry Jackson, of Waukegan.
WAUKEGAN, IL — A 54-year-old Waukegan man was killed after being hit by a car in Waukegan on Friday.
On Wednesday, the Lake County Coroner's Office identified the man as Jerry Jackson, of Waukegan, according to a news release from the coroner's office. Preliminary results from an autopsy show Jackson died from blunt force injuries as a result of a crash.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
