Missing 27-Year-Old In Danger, Last Seen In Wadsworth: Sheriff

Michael H. Piontek may be shirtless with a tattoo across his chest, his family told police.

WADSWORTH, IL — A 27-year-old man is considered missing and endangered, according to the Lake County Sheriff's Office.

Michael H. Piontek was last seen in the area of North Mill Creek Road around 6 a.m. Friday. His family told police he is supposed to be taking medications that he is not currently using.

Piontek might not be wearing a shirt and has a tattoo on his chest, authorities said. He was last seen wearing grey or beige shorts with black shoes. He is around 6-foot-1-inch and weighs about 175 pounds.

The sheriff's office said the man has brown hair and hazel eyes. If Michael is spotted, the family asks that people call 9-1-1 first so officials can check on his wellbeing.
