LAKE COUNTY, IL — The Lake County Coroner's Office has identified a man authorities said was pulled from Lake Michigan Saturday. The coroner's office was called to Vista Medical Center East just before 8 p.m. Saturday for a death investigation of the now-identified victim, who was pulled from the lake earlier that day.

"The investigation into his death continues by our office,” Dr. Howard Cooper, Lake County Coroner, said in a release. “We have been in close contact with Mr. Otto’s family and our deepest condolences go out to them during this difficult time. This is truly a tragedy."

Toxicology results are pending, according to the coroner's office.
