Four suspects were arrested in the 3 separate cases thanks to help by Mundelein Police Department Officer Kroll and Canine Titan.

LAKE COUNTY, IL — Mundelein Police Department Canine Titan has been quite busy during the last two weeks as he and his partner Officer Kroll had three successful tracks during which four people were found, according to the police department. On Nov. 22, Officer Kroll and Titan assisted the Round Lake Police Department with tracking several people who ran from a car, including one person who was on parole for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, police said. According to police, he and another suspect who was wanted for aggravated battery to an officer, were tracked for a quarter of a mile to a home where they were found hiding in an attic, and arrested.
On Nov. 27, Officer Kroll and Titan briefly helped the Lake County Sheriff's Office at an address on Gilmer Road by tracking a domestic battery suspect who police said was suicidal. According to police, Titan was able to track and find the suspect, who was arrested by the sheriff's office.
Then on Tuesday, Officer Kroll and Titan went to assist the sheriff's office after a car rolled over at West Hawley and Route 176 in Mundelein, and the driver ran off. According to police, Officer Kroll tracked the suspect with Titan, who found the people one mile away from the crash site, hiding in the woods. The sheriff's office advised the driver would face DUI charges and and other traffic offenses.
