Obituary: Angelo C. Ziccarelli

Angelo C. Ziccarelli, 82, passed away on Wed. March 6, 2013 at home in the presence of his loving family. He was born July 7, 1930 in Chicago, was formerly of Highwood and has lived in Libertyville for the past 42 years. Angelo was a 1st Lt. and Navigator in the US Air Force and also attended Lake Forest College. He was a member of St. Joseph Parish in Libertyville and was an avid golfer. Surviving are his wife Julanne Ziccarelli; children, Angela (Brian) Berzanski of Lake Forest and their children, Brianna and Katie; Michael Ziccarelli of Chicago, Rhonda Adkins and her children, Sean and Sarah of Mathis, TX and Rita Carson and her children, Rachel. Aron and Emily of Spring, TX; his brothers, Richard and Robert and sister, Bonnie Ziccarelli. Visitation will be from Noon until time of services at 2 p.m. followed by military honors on Tues. March 12 at the Burnett-Dane Funeral Home Ltd., 120 W. Park Ave. (Route 176, one block west of Milwaukee Ave.), Libertyville. Interment will follow at Ascension Cemetery. Info: 847-362-3009.
