Substitute Teacher Arrested For Possessing Child Porn: Police

LIBERTYVILLE, IL — A man who worked as a substitute teacher for several schools in the Lake County area faces possession of child pornography charges following an investigation by the Libertyville Police Department this past month.
Duncan Groebe was taken into custody Wednesday after police received an Internet Crimes Against Children cyber tip and searched a home in the 200 block of Lake Street in Libertyville, according to a news release from the Libertyville Police Department.
Following the search and investigation, Groebe was charged with two counts of possession of child pornography, according to the news release. Groebe was arrested and transported to the Lake County Jail on Wednesday following his release from the medical facility for an unrelated medical event.
