Mickey Finn's Brewery Pub and Food is trying out a new technology called Table's Ready in an effort to cut the hassle of dealing with pagers or waiting for your name to be called. With Table's Ready, customers provide a mobile number and when a table is ready, the customer will receive a text notification. Brian Grano, the pub's owner, says he liked the concept because it was interesting and low-risk to try.
