Tickets Available For Oktoberfest In Libertyville

LIBERTYVILLE, IL — Tickets are now available for Oktoberfest in Libertyville, which will be held on Sept. 20 and 21.
The event is held in the back lot at Mickey Finn's Brewery, 345 N. Milwaukee Avenue, and will run from 5 to 10 p.m. on Friday and from 2 to 10 p.m. on Saturday. There will be live music on Friday night — with Alpine Thunder taking the stage from 5 to 10 p.m. — as well as traditional Bavarian sports like Hammerschlagan and Masskrugstemmen, according to a news release.
The "family garten" will be open from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, with family-friendly hours, according to a news release. Regular hours are from 5 to 10 p.m., with the Phenix Band performing from 2 to 4 p.m. and Marlin & the Shakes taking the stage from 5 to 10 p.m.

General admission tickets are $25 and include a plastic stein and one beer ticket, and VIP tickets are $50 per ticket and include two beer tickets, a commemorative ceramic stein and the opportunity to tour Mickey Finn's Brewery with the head brewmaster.

Free covered parking is available at the parking garages located on Church Street and Lake Street or you can take the Milwaukee District-North Metra station to downtown Libertyville.
