Visit Lake County Plans February Flavor Festival

LAKE COUNTY, IL — February is going to be very flavorful in Lake County.

Visit Lake County is working to combine its Lake County Restaurant Week and Libation Trail into "one taste-tempting, month-long event: February Flavor Festival," according to the Visit Lake County website.

The monthlong foodie frenzy, which will run Feb. 1 through Feb. 29, will be a multi-platform campaign highlighting Lake County restaurants, breweries, distilleries and wineries with exclusive dining offers, food and drink pairings, chef demonstrations, inspiring libation concoctions, live entertainment and other fun promotions to attract new guests.

"From February 1-29, this is our chance to showcase all the individual operators who offer fun, unique dining and drinking destinations for visitors and residents. Supporting our hospitality partners in Lake County is our highest priority," according to the Visit Lake County website.
