Stan’s Donut 5K, 10K & Kids Dash Returns to Soldier Field July 26
Join Chicago's sweetest walk/run with event proceeds benefiting Cal's Angels, which supports pediatric cancer patients.
Get ready to “glaze” the trail and sprinkle in some sweets! The ninth annual Stan’s Donut 5K, 10K and Kids Dash will start and end at Chicago’s Soldier Field on Saturday, July 26. Hosted by Stan’s Donuts and event management company Adrenaline Special Events (ASE), this walk/run blends fitness, fun and donuts -- all for a great cause!
Event proceeds will benefit Cal’s Angels, a nonprofit that supports and encourages children fighting cancer by granting them wishes, as well as raising awareness and funding research.
Whether you're a serious runner or just there for the donut-induced sugar rush, this event has something for everyone! The 10K starts at 7 a.m., followed by the 5K at 8 a.m., and the Kids Dash at 9:45 a.m.

No matter which distance you choose, every participant will be rewarded with a Stan’s Donut, and coffee at the finish line - and yes, there will be donut stops along the course too!
“Stan’s Donut Run is more than just a race - it’s a celebration of fitness by creating a community around it,” said ASE Founder Aaron Del Mar. “From the first bite to the final step, it’s an unforgettable experience and a way to create lasting memories and traditions for families and friends of all ages.”

Stick around after the race for a fun-filled post-run celebration featuring an awards ceremony and a lively festival. Enjoy Stan’s Donuts and Cold Brew Coffee, bounce houses for the kids, activities for all ages, and more!
Race packets include a donut-themed finisher medal, race bib and dri-fit shirt. For those who prefer to run (or walk) from their own neck of the woods, individuals and groups can participate virtually - with goodies and Stan’s Donut swag shipped straight to your door, so you can roll at your own pace.
Donut delay - registration is open now at donut5k.com, and the earlier you sign up, the sweeter the savings. Sponsorship and volunteer opportunities are also available for those looking to get involved – without breaking a sweat!
