Armed Robber Hits Lincoln Square Bank, Police Say

Police are looking for a man with the following description.

Chicago police are looking for an armed man who reportedly robbed a bank in Lincoln Square Wednesday. 

At about 1 p.m., police responded to a call at North Community Bank, 5241 N. Western Ave. 

Police describe the suspect as a black male, about 5-foot-11 with a thin build. He was wearing a black hoodie, black skull cap, baseball hat and khaki pants.

The man wielded a gun in front of cashiers and escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash.
