Cop On A Rooftop Back At Manhattan Dunkin

Cops will be atop Manhattan's Dunkin location on Friday, May 16 to raise money for Special Olympics Illinois.

MANHATTAN, IL — Look up Friday, May 16, to spot Manhattan police perched atop a rooftop. Manhattan cops will take to the rooftop of the local Dunkin, 535 W. North St., on Friday, May 16 from 5 a.m. to 12 p.m., for the annual Cop on a Rooftop fundraising event to benefit Special Olympics Illinois.

Customers who donate will be given a coupon for a free donut, and donors giving $10 or more will receive a coupon for a free coffee and a Law Enforcement Torch Run travel mug (while supplies last).

2025 marks the 22nd Anniversary of the Dunkin’ partnership with the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Illinois. It has raised more than $10 million to-date.

If you can't join police at one of the participating locations, you can still support your local law enforcement agency and Special Olympics Athletes. Donate through the Cop on a Rooftop website, and 100 percent of the proceeds will benefit Special Olympics Illinois.

Please note that online donations will not be redeemable for an in-person coupon. To qualify for free donut or hot coffee coupon you must donate at one of the locations across the state.
