MONEE, IL — Rows of fresh flowers for plucking and a food truck lineup to sample are set for visitors to The Wildflower Farm's first Food Truck Fest.

Set for Saturday, Aug. 2, the event is organized by owner Anna Carmine, as a chance for families to take in the farm under a sunset glow. With several food trucks to pick from, dinner's ready on-site—an escape from cooking as visitors soak in the summer evening.

Carmine handpicked food trucks that each offer something unique—hoping families can find a little something for kids and adults.
