$20K Grant Will Help Bring Interactive Exhibit To Life In Naperville

The grant will help fund a "Careers in Architecture" exhibit at Naper Settlement.

NAPERVILLE, IL — A Naper Settlement exhibit exploring "Careers in Agriculture" is one step closer to becoming a reality thanks to a $20,000 grant from the Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley.

The Naperville Heritage Society plans to create a 1,200 square foot exhibit that includes interactive elements that detail careers in agriculture. Preliminary concepts include a personality quiz, video interviews with people who work in agriculture and info about remote farming, food distrubution and more.

The exhibit will be part of the Richard Benck Family Agriculture Center and will be tailored to students who visit Naper Settlement on field trips.
