Abercrombie & Fitch To Fill Former Ulta Space In Downtown Naperville

Abercrombie & Fitch aims to open a store on Washington Street in 2025.

NAPERVILLE, IL — The downtown Naperville space formerly occupied by Ulta will soon be home to another retailer. Abercrombie & Fitch plans to open in the Washington Street location sometime in 2025, according to city officials.

“Abercrombie & Fitch’s classic All-American style is a perfect complement to its surrounding stores – Athleta, Aerie and Offline by Aerie,” Downtown Naperville Alliance Executive Director Katie Wood said in a news release. “Together, these stores will attract customers to Downtown Naperville eager to update their wardrobes with trendy fashion apparel, activewear, intimates and more.”

Ulta closed its store at 103 S. Washington St. in March, with Wood then telling Chicago Tribune, "downtown Naperville is not insulated from the natural cycle of retail."
