Adopt Me! Tyson, Poncho, Moxy and Three Happy Hound Puppies

These are just a few of the adoptable cats and dogs waiting for home at area shelters.

Tyson is a gentleman who takes his time getting into a relationship.  He is 2 years old and has been at . since October of 2010. He lives with many other cats in a community room and pretty much gets along with everybody. We think he is a sweet boy who would never love you and leave you! All he wants is a calm household with family that can appreciate some cuddle time.

Poncho is an 8-month-old poodle Maltese mix that is blind. He copes so well with his disability that his previous owners weren’t even aware he was blind. He is extremely gentle boy who loves to snuggle.  He is currently in a foster home and doing well with his housetraining.  We would like to place Poncho in a home with another dog so he has a canine companion to shadow.  He would also do best in a home that has children over 10 years old due to his special needs.

Benny, Bowser and Bobby are three adorable hound mix puppies who came to Naperville all the way from Oklahoma to find their new home!  These 4-month-old boys love to snuggle and enjoy getting attention from everyone they meet!  Because they’re still puppies, they need a home where somebody is around to work on their potty training and manners.  They should also live with children old enough to understand the mischievous and sometimes naughty nature of a puppy.  All three puppies enjoy spending time with other dogs but Bowser isn’t a fan of kitties.

Moxy is a 4-year-old female domestic shorthair.  At the , she’s referred to as ‘Foxy Moxy’!  She’s an active girl who loves chasing laser pointers, eating and getting affection from her human companions.  She’s not a huge fan of other cats and probably would do best in a home without dogs as well.  She can be a bit too mischievous and playful for toddlers, so a home with school-age children would be a great match.  Moxy is front-paw declawed.  Come see this cute kitty today!
