State Treasurer Dan Rutherford, Illinois Chairman for Mitt Romney for President, introduced the Honorable Bob Grogan as the Romney Delegate/Alternate area Coordinator for Kane, DuPage, McHenry, Lake, and Will Counties.
Bob is the DuPage County Auditor. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Miami University in Ohio with a double major in Economics and Political Science. He also earned an Advanced Accounting Certificate from the College of DuPage.
He and his wife Beth have three children. Besides being active in the community, Bob is the Vice Chair of the Downers Grove Township Republican Organization.

"I am very excited to join Mitt Romney's team here in Illinois because his vision, character and credentials give us the best chance of taking back the White House in November," stated Grogan. "I have three young children which makes me think of our country's future often and it's a future I view with ever increasing concern. I cannot think of a better candidate than Governor Romney to steer the future of our country in the right direction."
"I look forward to working with Bob to get the Romney Delegates and Alternates elected in the Primary Election.," said Rutherford. "Taking part in the process of choosing the Republican nominee and, possibly, the next President of the United States is important to our democratic process."

Illinois’ primary election day is March 20, 2012.
