
Twice-reigning U.S. Midwest Champion, McKimmon Engelhardt hopes to retain his title and cap off three years of competitive success at the Mid American Irish Dance Championship in November.
“Mack” has danced for six years with the McNulty School of Irish Dance and currently attends classes in Naperville, Aurora, Villa Park, and Arlington Heights along with his three siblings. The Sugar Grove native a sixth grader at Holy Angels School and splits his time between Irish dance and football.
Most recently, Mack won Sixth Place at the World Championships of Irish Dance this past April in Dublin, Ireland.

The Mid American Championships will be held on November 25, 26, and 27 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Hotel in Rosemont. We welcome you to attend a practice or performance in Naperville or a surrounding suburb leading up to the competition. Please e-mail McNultyDancers@aol.com for details.
The McNulty School of Irish Dance celebrated its 40th Anniversary this year. Founded in 1971 by Barbara McNulty T.C.R.G., the McNulty School has grown to become one of the most active schools in the Midwest, with classes in more than 17 locations across Chicagoland, Rockford, Ill., as well classes in Wisconsin and Iowa. The McNulty SchooI of Irish Dance seeks to preserve the rich traditions of Irish music and dance by celebrating them now and passing them down for future generations.
