Naperville Park District Improves Online Registration

The recently completed improvements in its online registration system, RecEnroll, to better serve the growing numbers of residents and nonresidents who register online.

The updated registration software now permits users to access the system using the following four internet browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 7 and higher
  • Firefox 4 and higher
  • Chrome 12 and higher
  • Safari 5 and higher

“We were able to work with Class, our registration software system, to make the necessary changes to allow additional browsers at the levels specified,” said Director of Information Technology Rob Wysocki. “Online users need to be aware that the beta versions of these browsers are not supported,” he said.

In 2011, 78% of first-day registrations took place online and 50% of all registrations were completed online. 

Online and walk-in registration continues for the Naperville Park District’s spring recreation programs, spring break camps, sports leagues, garden plots, and summer camps.
