Naperville’s Twisted Olive to Host Fall Ladies’ Night as Part of Downtown Naperville Best of Home Event

Fun, friendship and relaxation, tasteful Fall décor, party planning and holiday gift ideas are on the menu for women attending the Fall Ladies’ Night in Downtown Naperville on Thursday evening, October 13 from 7:30 -9:00. The event kicks off the Downtown Naperville Best of Home Weekend, and will feature wine and appetizer tastings, as well as exploration of a variety of exquisite imported balsamic vinegars and Extra Virgin olive oils, along with recipe ideas.
“Women spend early fall getting everyone back to school and activities, and late fall getting ready for the holidays. I want women to take an evening out for themselves, enjoy my warm living room setting and immerse themselves in tasteful good-for-you treats among friends,” says Mary Shearer, owner of the Twisted Olive. “We designed our store and choose our products to pamper our customers, to give them permission to relax and recharge. We believe in the health benefits of olive oil and Autumn is the perfect time to enjoy all of these lovely fruits of the earth.”
The evening will feature a Sommelier tasting of five wines from Spain and Italy, breads, appetizers, spreads and special holiday and seasonal olive oil and vinegar flavors. Guests will receive printed recipes and a number of ideas for using imported olives, tapenades and spreads in cooking and entertaining. The store also features natural lotions, soaps and body sprays, as well as a fine collection of imported ceramic serving pieces and linens. Guest receive 20% off purchases this evening.
