The Exchange Club of Naperville’s One Nation Under God breakfast will be held on Saturday, March 3 at 9:00 a.m. at , 1025 Aurora Avenue, Naperville, IL 60540. This annual breakfast is hosted by the Americanism Committee of the Exchange Club. The featured speaker this year is John Blumberg. Blumberg is a Naperville resident and a dynamic motivational speaker.
The One Nation Under God Breakfast is a time when individuals, organizations and businesses will be presented prestigious awards for their outstanding acts of patriotism and contributions to the community. Americanism has been called “The Heart of Exchange” because Exchange champions American ideals, and Exchange Clubs exist only on American soil. Exchange prides itself on its knowledge of American traditions, none less important than honoring the sacred American symbol – the flag. At the breakfast, individuals will be recognized for displaying the American Flag.
Six “So Proudly We Hail” awards will be given to Jeff and Jeannie Wernimont, John Spears representing the Naperville Public Libraries, William and Kristen Thiel, Bob and Sue Lippencott, Curt and Nancy Penney, and Care Clinics of Naperville, Inc. The “American Spirit” award will be given to Donna Morsovillo from Operation Welcomes You Home, Chuck Corrigan from West Suburban Irish and David Byrne the 2010 Naperville Jaycees Last Fling Co-chair and Charles McLimas, Executive Director of Loaves & Fishes will receive the Abraham Lincoln Award.

This event is open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend and honor these outstanding individuals. RSVP by calling 630-779-2702 by February 20, 2012. The cost is $15.00 per person. Payment may be made at the event with cash or a check.
During the “Stand Up America” program individuals can join Exchange and not be billed for 90 days through April 15th . The Exchange Club meets on the first and third Fridays as Meson Sabika. Everyone is welcome to join us for lunch to learn more about Exchange and how it contributes to the Naperville community.

The Exchange Club is a national group of men and women working to make our community a better place through its primary mission, the Prevention of Child Abuse, and through local community service projects. The club organizes fund-raising activities such as Ribfest over the Fourth of July to provide financial assistance and to promote Americanism, Community Service, Youth Activities and to Prevent Child Abuse and Domestic Violence.
