Ancho & Agave To Host Ribbon-Cutting In Naperville

NAPERVILLE, IL — Ancho & Agave will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony Oct. 23 with the Naperville Chamber of Commerce to celebrate its opening. The Mexican restaurant and margarita bar opened for business in mid-September.

The menu at Ancho & Agave features seasonal specials like buffalo chicken quesadillas and a spiced apple margarita. In addition to the specials, diners can take their pick from an extensive array of tacos, burritos, quesadillas, fajitas and other traditional Mexican dishes. Smoked pork belly, blackened salmon, chile lime shrimp and southwest veggies are just some of the options to choose from.

With about a dozen margaritas on the menu, Ancho & Agave offers inventive twists on the beloved drink, with flavors such as grapefruit, mango habanero and prickly pear. Other craft cocktails, sangria, wine and beer are available, along with alcohol-free options like horchata, aguas frescas and fresh-squeezed lemonade.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Ancho & Agave, 2860 Showplace Dr., Naperville
