Retail theft
Rodrick Hutchins, 39, was arrested at 2:30 a.m., Naperville Police Department said He was charged with retail theft and transported to DuPage County Jail.
Animal cruelty
Jean A. Lipetri, 68, was arrested at 8:01 a.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. She was charged with cruel treatment of an animal. She posted bond.
Battery/bodily harm
Jannelle Marie Windham, 27, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. in the 1600 block of Kiowa Drive, police said. She was charged with battery/bodily harm and transported to DuPage County Jail.
Theft
Paris Anthony Govan, 19, was arrested at 12:27 p.m. in the 1900 block of West Jefferson avenue, police said. He was charged with theft. He posted bond.
No insurance
Michael Francesco Mastrolonardo, 20, was arrested at 3:49 p.m. near Hobson Road and Johnson Drive, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. He posted bond.
Criminal damage to vehicle
James Armstrong Stover, 48, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. in the 0-99 block of East Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged with criminal damage to a vehicle. He posted bond.
Possession of cannabis
- Alexia Michelle Wagner, 18, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. in the 0-99 block of East Chicago Avenue, police said. She was charged with possession of cannabis. She posted bond.
- Michael Anthony Sutter, 19, was arrested at 2 a.m. near Alice Lane and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond.
Manufacturing/delivery of cannabis
Alex Michael Siannas, 18, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. in the 0-99 block of East Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged with manufacturing/delivery of cannabis. He posted bond.
Bomb squad false alarm
A red and black duffel bag was found near a dumpster in a condominium complex in the 0-99 block of Foxcroft Road around 2:33 p.m., police said. Due to the suspicious nature of the bag, the DuPage County County Bomb Squad responded to the scene. It was later discovered that the bag was full of clothing, police said.
Bicycles stolen
- A bicycle was stolen from an open garage in the 1900 block of Coach Drive, police said.
- A bicycle was stolen from a porch in the 1400 block of Fairway Drive, police said.
An iPod was stole from a vehicle in the 2700 block of Chittenden Court, police said.
Cell phones stolen
Two cell phones were stolen from a vehicle in the 2800 block of Whitehall Lane, police said.
Mailbox damaged
A mailbox was damaged in the 2200 block of Foxboro Lane, police said.
