NAPERVILLE, IL — Another gun arrest was made at the TopGolf in Naperville, according to police. A man was arrested Friday night after police say they found "a handgun with an extended magazine in plain view" in his car.

Gary Howard, 20, was charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon in connection with the incident. At the time, Howard had been facing charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and aggravated fleeing and eluding in Cook County.

Officers were patrolling the parking lot on foot just before 10 p.m. when they say they spotted the gun on the car's driver's side floor. Howard later got into the car with a woman, according to police, at which time they turned on their squad lights.
