Battery

James Carl McIlrath, 70, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. in the 3900 block of Garnette Court, police said. He was charged with battery. He posted bond.

Lost dog

A lost dog was found in the 700 block of Woodewind Drive, police said. 

Burglary to vehicles

• Two GPS systems were taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 3000 block of Ashubury Drive, police said. 
• Burglary to a vehicle was reported in the 1800 block of North Naper Boulevard, police said.
