NAPERVILLE, IL — A car was discovered submerged in Lake Osborne during a training exercise in Naperville Thursday.

As of 1:30 p.m., there was a large police presence in the area, a news release said. The lake is located near the intersection of Ogden and Aurora Avenues by Fire Station Number Seven.

City officials say there is not threat to the public and more information will be shared once it is available.
