Celebration To Honor Juneteenth At Rotary Hill In Naperville

The event will take place from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on June 14.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville will commemorate the end of slavery in America with a Juneteenth Celebration that will be held at Rotary Hill.

Slated for June 14 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., the free event features live musical performances, spoken word poetry and speeches from local officials. Visitors are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs, so they can snag a spot on the hill.
