NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville's City Council is set to vote on Northwoods of Naperville, a development that will bring 64 townhomes to 1151 E. Warrenville Rd.

In early may, the council passed an ordinance rezoning the site from a research and development district to an office, commercial and institutional district. They also approved a conditional use permit to allow single-family "attached dwellings" at the site.

The final plat was approved by Naperville's planning and zoning commission on Feb. 19.

Developers My Homes of Chicago, LLC, plan to demolish the building that currently occupies that 12.18-acre site. The site will be parceled into townhome lots that range in size from 932 square feet to 2,251 square feet.

The City Council will vote on the ordinance to approve the final plat at their July 15 meeting.
