Closures May Take Effect On Ogden, Washington Amid Water Main Work
Commuters are advised to use caution as crews replace water mains on part of Ogden and Washington. The work may continue into October.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Parts of Ogden Avenue and Washington Street may be closed intermittently throughout spring, summer and early fall as crews replace water mains.
Work on the project began Monday, will focus on Ogden Avenue between Washington and Wright Streets, and on Washington Street between Washington Street and Bauer Road. City officials shared an update Wednesday urging drivers to "use caution" when driving through the construction area.
The city's ongoing water main project involves replacing the old water main infrastructure as a preventive measure against breaks and other malfunctions. The work along Ogden and Washington coincides with water main replacements on White Oak Drive, Anne Road, Elizabeth Avenue, and Country Lakes and Fairway Drives.
