Downed Trees, Debris Block Roads Throughout Naperville

NAPERVILLE, IL — Fallen trees and debris are blocking roads and impacting traffic throughout Naperville in the wake of tornadic weather late Monday, according to an update from the city.
Residents can view a map of streets where traffic is impacted by debris.
As of Tuesday morning, damaged utility poles were causing power outages affecting more than 100 residents in at least two parts of the city. As of 10 a.m., workers were rebuilding a utility pole in an area bounded by Ogden Avenue on the South, 14th Avenue on the North, Loomis on the east and Washington to the west.

The damage and debris comes following a severe storm Sunday night and a tornado warning Monday that included most of DuPage County.
